I like the stylist but the little short owner is very rude I try to smile but she turns her face. She's rude to my boys trying to shove any stylist when we have our favorite! If it weren't for the ladies and the young man there I most definitely be looking to go elsewhere! I went today and while I was paying that old short woman (the owner) was in the way and wouldn't even move for the stylist to use the gadget for me to pay she had her back to me didn't say thank you come again or nothing! The stylist is very personable! I go back for the great service I get from them But this woman needs to change her disposition 😒. I feel for the workers😔

The lady over the phone said $25 for a hair cut nothing more nothing less. I get there the lady starts cutting my hair and starts straightening my hair witch I didn’t ask for, after the cut she charges me $30 for the straightening that I didn’t ask for. So I was obviously kinda pissed because they didn’t inform me of any extra charges. All in all the cut was good just didn’t like the fact that they didn’t even try to bear with me, and correct their mistakes. Not even at that my hair isn’t even straightened all the way through 🤬🤬.

If I could give this rate 0, in a Instinct. Horrible management, beware they don’t provide you your money back as most places do after a bad service. They are very bad at the work they do and won’t give you the hair dye that you ask for. (I demonstrated a picture off my phone and was guaranteed they would lighten up, once reality hit , color was way darker.) Only recommend this place for a emergency, in case one day your normal hair cut has a long wait. Haircuts are pretty much the only thing they know how to not ruin.

Worst experience ever!!😤😡 I was going to have a three day weekend special event, and decided to try something new. Came into this place asking for a long layer haircut, wax on eyebrows, and mustache. Haircut wise, I don't have much to complain about. However, that doesn't mean I was fascinated at the job done, I just thought it was something fair enough. Therefore, I idiotically decided to trust (Mary) once again, but this time with eyebrows and mustache. When she was done with my haircut, I told her I wanted a soft arch eyebrows. Before getting started with eyebrows, I was told to close my eyes, which I ingeniously obeyed; of course. When I opened my eyes, I realized she had messed both of my eyebrows up!! One of my eyebrows is shaped hard angled, and the other one is shaped straight. When looking in the mirror I found myself completely upset at her job and made her realized what she had done wrong, and even still she wanted to try to "fix it" waxing even more. I don't consider myself scandalous, that's why I didn't make a big deal out of it. I thought to myself, "It's just hair, and it will grow back eventually. Besides, there's nothing that what make-up can't fix." Needles to say, she had burned my eye lid and under my nose when doing my mustache. To be honest, when she burned my eye lid and under my nose, I didn't feel much pain until afterwards when I got home and looked into the mirror, I noticed the two big burn marks that were starting to show up. Business refused to return my money back!! I wish I could've just seen reviews from this place before, trusting this place.

Went for a cut paid 25.00 and it did not include a hair wash which is not right. Other places charge the same and they include a wash. The girl basically did a dry cut cause she sprayed my hair only a few times. My hair is NOT EVEN ...one side is longer than than the other and I asked for layers and the girl just did the layers in the back of my hair and no layers in the front which makes no sense. She took a total of 10 minutes and her technique for cutting was way off! I do not recomend this place.

Place is big, clean, and professional. I pd 25 bucks for a simple hair cut. It Dod not include washing your hair, or tip to my surprise. Lady cutting my hair only spoke Spanish and Our Communication was an issue, she didn't cut my hair the style I asked for but all in all I was ok with it. Next time taking a picture to show exactly what I want! HaHa ! Yes I will go back !
